A professional house clean starts with a clear plan. Whether you are preparing for a regular visit or tackling your own home, the aim is consistent care: the right method for each surface, a sensible order of work, and a final check before the job is finished.
Agree on the scope before cleaning starts
Walk through the property and write down the rooms, priorities and access arrangements. A routine clean and a detailed clean are different jobs. Cleaning and disinfecting are different tasks. If disinfection is needed, first clean the surface and then follow the disinfectant label, including its contact time.
Finish with a room-by-room inspection
Look from the doorway and then at close range. Check for streaks, missed edges, remaining dust and damp patches. Return movable items carefully and note any marks that could not be safely removed.
